My fitness fashion wish list

On May 21st, SELF Magazine brought Workout in the Park to Chicago and I met with "Days of Our Lives" soap star and "The Biggest Loser" host Alison Sweeney. We chatted about her love of denim and flip flops - the ultimate California girl, as well as her disdain for muffin tops and ill fitting clothes. She loves a great DVF wrap dress, just as much as hitting her local boutique for garments that are budget friendly. As spunky in person as she is on the NBC hit diet challenge show, there is no doubt they picked the right workout buddy to encourage hundreds of Chicago ladies to get their dance-on during a rainy day in Grant Park.
