"There are no rules for bridal manicures, and this is amped up version of the traditional manicure pictured last week is a great way to display your "something blue." Start with two coats of a cornflower blue and let dry. Using a small brush, paint a silver half moon at the cuticle. Using that same small brush, paint thin, wavy lines in a light powder blue, like Morgan Taylor "Water Baby." Meet the curves of the wavy lines together to form a tulle pattern, and finish with a satin topcoat."
